• Bottled Beer Stand on walkway between East and West Entrances
• Ticketmaster Cafe next to pavilion, stage right
• Specialty Cocktail Gazebo on Main Plaza inside East Entrance
• Jack Daniels - Old No. 7 Club next to pavilion, stage left
• Hilltop concessions/deck area providing 16 additional points of sale

In addition, roaming vendors will patrol the walkways and the lawn area offering an expanded lineup of beverage and snack items

Volume Services America is the official concessionaire for Palace Sports and Entertainment. We manage and operate all of the concession stands at The Palace of Auburn Hills, DTE Energy Music Theatre, and Meadow Brook Music Festival. We are able to provide excellent customer service by using both part time employees as well as nonprofit organizations. Our staff consists of over 250 part-time employees, offering flexible scheduling and competitive wages. Contributions made to local Nonprofit Organizations participating in our Fund-raising Programs total over 1.2 million dollars annually. Here is what some of our current groups had to say:

Today, in our tenth year of cooperative fund raising with Volume Services America, DSC skating families help support approximately 150 skaters Our organization puts six competitive teams on the ice each season, including teams in three international divisions.
